Portland Men's Roller Derby proudly presents
it's first "Home Team" season!
You heard right — we will be holding our very first intraleague (home team) bout on Saturday, May 26th at Indoor Goals in Beaverton, Oregon. The Bone Daddies will be taking on the Holy Roll'N Empire in a knock-down drag-out fight to the finish! Doors are open at 6:30pm, and the action gets underway at 7:00pm.
Tickets are only $10, and are available now through Stranger Tickets or through our Facebook event page. But hurry — seats are limited, and you don't want to miss out on this excellent match-up!
Portland Men's Roller Derby (aka PMRD, or "Stumptown Derby") was founded in August 2009. Our organization is dedicated to playing and promoting the sport of roller derby in Portland, Oregon as well as nationwide.
We are comprised of men from a wide variety of backgrounds including coaches, referees, amateur skaters, fans, and relocated players.
PMRD is a proud member of the Men's Roller Derby Association (MRDA), and our sport and style of play mirrors current Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) standards including rules, gameplay, conduct and skill.
We are not directly affiliated with the Rose City Rollers women's league in Portland, but we are happy to consider them our big sister organization, and share many coaching and officiating resources.
Portland Men's Roller Derby is open to all men age 18 and older. We are non-discriminatory, and we welcome potential skaters of all skill levels!

Roller derby is currently the fastest-growing sport in the world, and for good reason... it's great exercise, it's challenging, but most importantly — it's FUN! Men and women of all ages and body types are flocking to this sport in record numbers, all over the world.
Skaters of all skill levels welcome! Come by a practice and see what it's all about.

Mondays 7:00pm-9:00pm @ Hillsboro Skate World
Tuesdays 7:15pm-9:25pm @ Oaks Park Skate Rink
Thursdays 10:00pm-11:00pm @ Oaks Park hangar
Sundays 11:00am-1:00pm @ Oaks Park hangar
Please note: some of our practice days (specifically Mondays and Tuesdays) tend to be intermittent. Always check our practice calendar before coming to a practice to make sure we'll be there!
